Terms of service

These terms govern the use of AccessLink, a service operated by Mio Puerto Rico LLC ("we"). By using AccessLink, as an agency or as a client, you accept these terms.
The service
AccessLink lets an agency ask a client for access to their Meta and Google assets through a link, and lets the client grant that access without manual steps. AccessLink does not provide marketing services: the relationship between the agency and the client is between them alone.
Accounts and authorization
The agency is responsible for the people on its team who use AccessLink and for keeping their access secure.
The client states that they have the authority to grant access to the assets they pick, and that the business profile data is correct.
Acceptable use
You may not use AccessLink to request or grant access to assets without their owner's authorization, to deceive a client, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or try to access other agencies' data.
Anyone using AccessLink must also comply with Meta's and Google's terms.
Third-party platforms
Meta and Google are third-party services with their own terms. We do not control their APIs and do not guarantee they will stay available or work the same way. When an automatic grant is not possible, AccessLink shows a manual guide.
Access grants
Each grant is made in the client's Meta or Google account, at the level the agency requested and the client accepted. The client can revoke it at any time from that platform.
Intellectual property
AccessLink, its brand and its software are ours. Each agency's brand belongs to the agency, and the client's data belongs to the client.
No warranties
AccessLink is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or data, or for how an agency uses the access a client grants it.
Termination
We may suspend access to AccessLink for anyone who breaches these terms. The agency may stop using AccessLink at any time and ask for its data to be deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its date. Continuing to use AccessLink after the change means you accept the new version.
